| Jim was originally an architectural woodcarver working on reproduction and restoration projects. He then began to apply those skills to indulge his artistic aspirations by making small sculptures of wildlife and mythological subjects. Since moving to Chirk in 1993 this aspect of his work expanded, in both scale and scope, to the point where it became the main focus of his business. | ||
